Chez Foushee
Chez Foushee opened in the Fall of 1989 as a small deli and catering operation offering carry-out and boxed lunches. As business continued to flourish a number of renovations occurred and the entire building was purchased in the Fall of 1995.
Located in historic Monroe Ward, just blocks from the venerable Jefferson Hotel, we are situated close to downtown and the Broad Street arts district.
Chez Foushee offers lunch and carry-out weekdays, dinner every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as well as Sunday brunch. Our menus change seasonally with an emphasis on fresh, local and sustainable ingredients.
On site catering is available Sunday – Wednesday for private dinner and cocktail parties. Group dinners can be arranged on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Please inquire about full service off-site catering for wedding receptions and more. Free parking is available.

Strawberry Street Cafe
Here at Strawberry Street Café, we have been providing great food and service in an inviting, casual atmosphere since 1976. Located in the Historic Fan District, we are only about a ten minute drive from the Landmark Theatre. What we are best known for is our famous salad bar, which is actually situated in an old-fashioned bathtub and filled with fresh vegetables, fruits, prepared salads and homemade soups. The menu includes such specialties as Maryland Crabcakes, Pasta Jambalaya, Homemade Chicken Pot Pie, and Spinach Lasagna. Our reasonably priced wine list enables guests to complement their meal with a bottle of wine for the table or any wine by the glass. Intricate stained glass, rich woodwork, fresh flowers and candles make this a cozy and intimate gathering place. Our full menu, including sandwiches and entrees, is served daily beginning at 11:30 a.m. Brunch starts at 10:00 a.m. and features breakfast classics both on the menu and on our famous bathtub brunch bar. Heritage Restaurant
Heritage is a new restaurant in Richmond’s historic fan district serving seasonal contemporary American cuisine, craft cocktails and domestic wines.
We work with our guests to accommodate food allergies & dietary restrictions whenever possible, and have options for all members of the family!
We serve dinner Tuesday through Saturday starting at 5pm, and Sunday Brunch from 10:30am to 3:30pm.
